Waters is a suburb in Caloundra on the Sunshine
Coast in Queensland, Australia. It is surrounded by
Sippy Downs to the West, Mooloolaba to the North, and
the suburbs of Warana and Bokarina to the South.
Kawana Waters is approximately 1.25 hours north of
Brisbane and approximately 45 minutes south of Noosa. It
currently has a population of around 22,000 and this is
expected to double, with development, over the next
10 years. Residents can enjoy miles of
beautiful surf beaches, natural creeks, lakes,
waterways, parks and just a stone's throw away from the
Glasshouse Mountains hinterland and all the attractions
of the famous Sunshine Coast.
